All was good.

Everything was perfect, me and my 4 teenagers enjoyed the stay. Setting was marvellous, I were only a short distance to an art gallery. What's more, it was close to Notre Dame, the Centre Pompidou, and Place de la Bastille and many attractions and shops.

I had a wonderful stay at Holidaysinparis-Bourg Tibourg II. Everything was perfect. the cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, with not a single speck of dust and no unpleasant smells or stains. the location was excellent, with plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, and pubs nearby. the metro was just a short 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the city. the apartment itself was small but clean, which is expected in old buildings in the central area of the city. The presence of a lift to take me up to the apartment was a bonus. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

Great apartment for a family. Small space, but well-utilized with all necessary amenities. Twin beds were a bit thin, but the double bed was comfortable. Good storage for clothes and luggage. Convenient location, 5 min walk to Hotel de Ville.

The location was amazing, with all the main attractions within walking distance and a metro station nearby. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable enough for our family. We also appreciated having a grocery store right across the street, which was convenient for cooking some of our meals and saving money.

Our experience was marred by the broken elevator. It was a real inconvenience for my elderly parents and the little ones in our group.

Air conditioning: During our stay, the weather in Paris was scorching hot, but luckily the air conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver! It kept the rooms cool and comfortable, making it a perfect escape from the sweltering heat outside. It felt like stepping into a refreshing oasis in the desert.

Leakage issue: Unfortunately, we experienced a minor leakage in the apartment during our second night. The boiler was broken, resulting in a small water leak.

The location was mind-blowing with two stores and a metro station right there. The property was super cozy and well-stocked with all our immediate needs. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating, even when we arrived late. We loved that the market was right across the street, allowing us to save money by cooking our own meals. The abundance of cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby made exploring and dining out a breeze. The close proximity to the metro and RER stations, as well as popular attractions like Notre Dame Cathedral and the River Seine, was jaw-dropping. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the host and felt safe walking around the lively streets. The easy access to bus and metro was a huge plus. The well-stocked apartment, complete with air conditioning, provided us with a quiet and comfortable sleep. And let's not forget the fantastic location in the heart of Marais, with lots of bars and cafes nearby, and even a mini market right in front of the property. our stay was simply fantastic!

Great location with food market downstairs and nearby restaurants. Tiny elevator is very helpful. Hot water for only 2 people in the morning, so plan your shower schedule wisely.
